64 bit os upgrade

Hello,
how can i upgrade my 32 bit os (xp pro) to 64 bit ?

You'll have to buy a 64 bit version. To be honest I've got a copy and you're better off going with 64 bit vista or 7. they're pretty much the same price at this stage and there is more support for 64 bit vista and 7 than there is for 64 bit xp. Is it for Ram reasons or do you have 64 bit apps to run?

You can't do a direct upgrade. The kernels are different between the two. You will need to do a fresh install to a clean partition.
