64 bit xp

Hello,
I have xp media edition and am trying to install a wireless mouse that says it wont work on 64 bit? How can I tell whether its 64 or 32?

The mouse isn't the problem, it's the mouse driver. A 64 bit OS requires 64 bit drivers. How can you tell? When you go to download the driver from the manufacturer's site, they should list both 32 and 64 bit drivers. If not, you are out of luck.

I downloaded both drivers but neither worked. How do I tell whether my os is 64 or 32 bit.

The label on all of the wireless mouses say XP 64bit excluded?

XP 64bit only came in Professional edition, and the driver support is horrible. Windows Media Center is ONLY 32 bit. there is no 64 bit version.
