system firmware version 13

when I initially swapped to the 64g kit (32gx2),
I first went into the bios to check and it definitely registers that there is 64 gigs and when i check the memory details-
it says its up to 3200mhz- and when trying to boot Windows 11 as usual, nothing but blank / black screen.
I also did a on-board reset button.. No change
I thought maybe the XMP ( that's intel, not sure for AMD), but cannot distinguish where & what I'm looking for.
The Bios is a bit involved for me and there are so many things about it that I have little to non knowledge about it.
Therefore I do not try to mess with it..
I did a memory diagnostic on it one day ago since I was getting error logs immediately after the recent update from Microsoft 1 day ago, but nothing came up.

Recent updates to OS :
- 2024-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5048667)
- 2024-11 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5048162)
- 2024-11 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5045934)
- Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. - Display - 31.0.12027.9001
- Windows Configuration Update (KB5035942)

I am using Crucial DDR4 memory 3200 1.2v CL22 for both 32g kit & 64 gig kit
Again, My bios registers that there is 64 (32 in each slot)
My extent of my computer internally is that I read Log files thru computer management, task manager, and occasionally view the CBS file.
I mainly use my master control unit for Graphic Design & Audio production
Im not trying to overclock or do anything special ( its all set to auto anyways) but if theres just something simple i need to know , pretty much thats all.
I try to read into much of this and i get lost...
So if anyone has any simple answers for me , that would be fantastic. I am on a limited time frame as I only have a small window until I can actually return the sticks if I cannot find a solution. Thanks,
