64bit on 4gb ram

so pretty much to make things straight forward:

-this is my chipset: AMD chipset 785GX
(got it from a review although all i see is 790GX and 785G,no 785GX w/c is weird)
-i have a 64 bit ready processor notebook
-i have a 64 bit OS



Q: So will a 4GB ram or more work on my notebook and see all of it?
or is there any other things to consider?
