So I got my EVGA gtx 650 ti boost 2g yesterday and I am very pleased. The one thing that I have a problem with is my PSU. It's the thermaltake tr2 430 watt PSU. It has 35 amps total on its dual rails and it has a dedicated pci-e 6 pin cable. When ever I enter a game the PSU starts to make a slight buzzing noise (it did not do this on my 8800gt 512mb). Should I be looking into buying a new PSU with more wattage? 35 amps should be enough for my GPU. Or, should I not be worrying about the slight buzzing noise at all? And if it is a problem, whats a good 500-600 watt PSU with good ampage in the 40-50$ range?

That PSU is overrated! Don't use it on that card; you'll probably kill it. I'll bet its fan really winds up, and you can feel a lot of heat from it. A 380W Antec Earthwatts would run that card 24/7, although a quality unit around 450W - 500W would be more comfortable. On a budget, check out the Antec VP-450. With a little more money, a Seasonic MII or "G" series would be even better.

If you get the Corsair, get the MODULAR version. They're all made by CWT for Corsair, but the non-modular CX units use some inferior Samxon capacitors that don't like heat and are known to fail early. Fine in light-duty office builds, I would not use one in a gamer.
