Not very good quality if you are buying it new, but yes it can handle 2 RX 480s.

Not one of the good EVGA models , but more than enough power for the 480's.

100W CPU, 60W Motherboard, 15W Memory, 10W per HDD, 6W per SSD, 150W per RX 480

yeah I already have one at first I was going with a GS 550 watt model but wanted the extra watts but I dont know if that was a bad choice or not anyways thanks

The GS 550 is better, too bad you didn't grab it. Extra watts is really just a myth.
