hi, I have a 650w Corsair CX power supply and want To overclock my i5-8600k to 5ghz or close to that. I am also using a 1080ti ftw3 in my system, will the power supply be able to support this?

Solution
Should be fine, yes.

A 1080TI, overclocked to the max possible can draw a peak of ~350W. Typically though, it's going to be drawing <300W.

An overclocked 8600K @ 1.4V, under a strict torture loop is going to draw ~150W, and typically <100W.

As for your 5GHz OC... it's going to depend on the board, and your cooling.
Most 8600K's, IIRC can hit 5GHz at ~1.4V. That may need to be delidded to keep temps in check.
