I need to buy a new cpu cooler and... i prefer to ask for help before buying the hyper 212 evo.
Y ned something in that price range, 30 €.
Is there any mainstream option like the hyper 212 was before?

Where are you located, specifically?

Gammaxx 400, Deepcool Neptwin, Cryroig H7, be Quiet Pure Rock are all solid options that can be found for roughly equivalent to 30EUR, depending on the region.
