yes it will hold back max fps but I don't see any game breaking issue, Depending on your motherboard you could move up to the 5xxxx series if not compatible you may want to go with a higher clocked cpu with more cores from the 3xxx series.

Yea, thinking on that too, will the 6700 xt have FSR? I saw threads on other forums saying 6000 series will not have, dont know if its true or not. If its true i will move on for 3
2080 or 3070
