[SOLVED] 6700k Crashes on startup

Hey guys,

I have an Asus z170-a motherboard
1080 ti
16gb ddr4 3000mhz
860 evo
Latest BIOS

I have a 6600k that works fine, boots, runs, OC's everything with this configuration.

I have a 6700k that will not boot into windows, it just crashes with a memory management BSOD, or sometimes its machine check exception.

It only works when I disable 2 cores.

Is the CPU dead? Or is there anything else I may be able to try?
Ive tried:
Disabling C-states
Disabling Hyperthreading
Disabling just 1 core

If I undo the 6600k oc? It works fine. I've had the 6600k in my system for 4 years now, I recently got my hands on a 6700k and figured I'd try upgrading.

CPU confirmed dead, Still under intel warranty so I was able to RMA it.
