Hi Guys,
Having a issue with my current graphics card, It only appears to be on CSGO, However might be on other games, Found issues on fallout: new vegas with stuttering but I think that could be down to another issue.
When playing on certain maps on CSGO my frame rate drops to 15-30 fps, however running on the rest I can easily get in the 200-300 range.
Maps that I know have the issue:
Dust 2 - When looking at T Spawn while in CT Spawn causes a load of stuttering
Sirocco - Generally low FPS on the entire map, however FPS becomes stable in the underground areas.
Cache - Had low fps at different times, however is intermittent.
Video showing what I mean:

Attempted Solutions:
Change Graphics Settings - Issue still occured on lowest settings.
Radeon Software to Esports on CSGO - Didnt appear to make a difference.
Validate files - no change
Factory reset Radeon software - no change
Update drivers with clean install - no change
Specs:
Motherboard: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X - No overclock
RAM: 4x16GB Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO
Graphics Card: AORUS RX 6900XT MASTER 16G
Resolution: 1920 x 1080 @ 144hz
Settings: Factory Reset Radeon Software, Video shows CSGO auto settings, however the issue is still there with all set to low.
Dont think it`s an issue with the game as the people I play with are getting high fps with gtx 1060/1070 cards.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
