For Full HD and for 2K resolution situation same?
Because i want to upgrade from GTX 1060 to RTX 2060 and wont to buy new card for gaming in next 2-3 years.
Another PC specs - Ryzen 1600 (3.8 Ghz) + 16GB RAM (3000 mhz) + MSI B350 PC MATE + 1xSSD Samsung 850 PRO 256GB + 1xSSD Samsung 860 EVO 500GB + PSU EVGA 500W Bronze.
Also, maybe will upgrade to Zen 2 on Ryzen 3600 in summer 2019, thats all. And maybe will streaming

well there is tons of games out there. most often it is not a definite problem but more like you can't max out everything. take shadow of mordor for example. that game come out in 2013 and using ultra texture the game recommend to have 6GB at 1080p. and back then only the titan series have that kind of VRAM (the 780ti tops at 3GB VRAM while 290X tops at 4GB VRAM). so having a 6GB card does not mean you will have problem in games but you will have to tone down certain setting. we still very far from "this x game cannot even run if the GPU does not have 8GB at minimum".
That would depend on the settings and games. Arguably 6gb is not enough now, if you are an 'ultra' settings in new AAA game type of player.

Going by past history, a 6gb card will allow gaming for the next 3 years as long as you are willing to drop settings if/when needed. People are still running new games on old cards, just not with everything turned up and 60fps or higher.

This is one reason it's not a good idea to try and future proof when you buy. At best you can only guess what future games will need. The only thing you can know for sure is what you need right now.

Now(on 01/16/2019) i need card for PUBG, GTA 5, but dude, even PUBG and GTA 5 i cant play on Ultra. So, i just need card for next 3 years which can take Ultra on 2k monitor with 60+ FPS on High settings.
And 6GB isnt enough today? In which game its problem?

at 1080p 6GB should be enough in majority of games going forward. at 1440p you might need more. if you if you want more VRAM the likes of 1070 or 1070ti is not that bad (or even Vega 56). if you want still to go with 2060 route then you might have to compromise on certain setting. things like that like to eat GPU VRAM alot was texture and traditional type of AA. for texture most often the difference between ultra and very high or even high is unnoticeable unless you have side by side still picture comparison but going with ultra eat a whole lot more VRAM. so texture is one area you can tone down to high or very high instead of going ultra. other is traditional type of AA like MSAA. but many modern games use post processing AA like TAA/FXAA so sometimes this is not really an issue since they typically did not eat a lot of VRAM.

In which games its really problem with VRAM on today? I mean, which games need more than 6 GB VRAM?
