[SOLVED] 6Pin Connector VS 8 Pin

Solution
Compatible with 6-pin & 8-pin graphics cards from popular manufacturers from ASUS,ASRock,Radeon,Sapphire,EVGA and Gigabyte

Of course, what they don't say is that they're compatible with all 6-pin power supply ports. If your power supply cannot natively do what you need it to do, then it's time to get a new power supply.

I came across the following splitters: https://www.amazon.com/Graphics-Express-Y-Splitter-Extension-TeamProfitcom/dp/B0776PMH16

What seems interesting is that the female part is only 6 PIN but outputs to two 8 PIN.

Shouldn't the female have been 8 PIN to be able to power properly the two cards?

What seems interesting is that they're selling these in the first place.

Though I'm sure "TeamProfitcom" will just pack up and disappear once someone tries to sue them for burning down their house.
