7.1 Dolby digital sound card

Hi all I'm having trouble finding a sound card I just want a little help since I can't find one with the specs I want. So 7.1 Dolby surround sound with a optical out is a must but I'd prefer and internal card and I really do not want a 5.1 to 7.1 converter lol. Price is not much of an issue but the lower the better

First off, SPDIF is limited to the following formats:

2.0/2.1 PCM
5.1 Dolby Digital
5.1 Dolby Digital Plus
5.1 DTS

That's it. SPDIF simply doesn't have the bandwidth for 7.1, even compressed. This is why soundcards only Encode to Dolby/DTS (assuming they have that capability built in).
