Question 7 GB of ram usage with no with applications running

My System
• Windows 10 Home
• 32GB ram
• GTX 1050 ti GPU
• MVNe m.2 system drive
• 4 Sata drives (2-4tb)
• 6 USB drives( 2-4tb)

System debloated and optimized for performance
CPU near zero at idle.
System is very responsive.

Question:
7 GB of ram usage with no with applications running. Is that OK?

Thank you for the response.

I ran this debloat script to remove unnecessary programs. The list of what is removed is at the bottom of this webpage.

I also set the power options for 'High performance'.

I disabled all visual effects except:
• Show thumbnails instead of icons
• Smooth edges of screen fonts

I turned off most background apps.

Disabled Tablet Mode

Disabled Game mode

Turned off all notifications except
• HP Smart
• Print Notifications

Disabled Auto play

Disabled Windows Search.
