I noticed this after finishing up a Netflix session. Half of the icons are still there, but 6 shortcuts and the recycle bin are gone from the bottom row (and part of the right side, but not all. the icon in the top right corner is still there).
Everything on the top, left, and left bottom corner is still there.
I have checked for resolution changes, there are no extended desktop settings on, I rebooted, and it's still going on.
What could've triggered this in the middle on mundane usage? I wasn't surfing anywhere unusual that I can think of.
(The watermark in the lower righthand corner of the wallpaper appears where it should.)
