7 Out of Date Drivers?

Can anyone tell me, do I need these things avast is telling me to download? If so how do I go about downloading these drivers?

I play World of Warcraft and I use something called Combat logging which logs my combat to a text file. Every time I turn it on and use it during combat I get micro stutters and just not totally sure what would cause that. It's a complicated issue because the game has tons of addons that you can use and stuff which can also possibly cause that issue so I'll leave that for myself to figure out and others that play WoW. But I will say, I've seen HUGE improvement since Windows Update/setting page file very high. I'll update later if I run into same issues as before.

Reset Windows, keep personal files
Reinstall all drivers manually
