Hey all, I am going to be building a PC but as I just realized with my $700 budget is that I not only will be playing lots of games like Planetside 2, Fallout, Skyrim and Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion
But I also need to be able to model, code and render animations. I do not need to run games on ultra either. I have no preference of AMD or Nvidia for graphics and I don't care which AMD and Intel for the processor. I also need a copy of windows 8.1 and I might be able to push the budget by $50 if I have to.
PS: I live in Canada

Overclocking?

This will game at High/Ultra. And it will seem fast for everything else cuz of SSD.

Ohh Canada. Here is a new build. This still will give you room to grow. The CPU can be overclocked with a better cooler.
