What is model name of your motherboard?
Is wifi card integrated on motherboard?
Or is it a discrete wifi card?

For integrated wifi you go to motherboard manufacturer support site.
For discrete wifi card you go to wifi card manufacturer support site.

Or is your pc a laptop? What is model name of your laptop then?
For laptop integrated wifi card you go to laptop manufacturer support site.

Look in the device manager. It should be in there with a yellow warning mark. If you click on it many times it will give you the brand and likely the chipset it is using. This is partially how it figures out if you loaded the correct driver. There might be a option to find a driver which you can try. These tend to be microsoft drivers. You are better off getting a wifi driver from the maker of the wifi chipset.

Motherboard model name should be written on the board itself.
Can you make a photo of motherboard and show here?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Also you can use CPU-Z - motherboard section.
That will tell you motherboard model name.
Oh well crap ok

The adapter drivers don't come from the motherboard manufacturer. Whoever made the adapter likely has drivers available on their support site.

Still need the model. This is why providing the specs for all installed devices (make/model) makes troubleshooting so much easier.
