Hello!
I'm trying to help a friend of mine to upgrade her pc with a new graphics card. i was noticed that her PSU is sh*t and could break down her system.
So we are gonna buy a new one.
Specs:
CPU: AMD A4-4020 APU with Radeon HD graphics 3.20 GHz
RAM: 6Gb (3.93 usable)
64-bit operating system
Motherboard:Asrock FM2A58M-HD+
PSU: 500W Rhino

We are planning to put in a AMD Sapphire Vapor-X R9 270x graphics card.
Can somebody tell me what is the minimum W the power supply should be?
Will this 700W Fortron Epsilon be enough?
Can i rely on this brand?

Here is the link where i found this PSU: http://olx.bg/ad/700w-fortron-epsilon-kachestveno-zahranvane-ID5Hbzg.html#5d92d07dde
It is in bulgarian, but the introduction down below is in english.

Thanks in advance ! ^.^
Regards!

Ah, okay. Turns out Fortron must be FSP Group in another language. I can't find an exact review on that unit that goes into detail, but from what I see (and from a previous Tomshardware thread a while back) it seems to be fine quality. The name "Fortron" threw me off before.

Well we are on a budget, so we are looking second hand. I think we have a quite big variety of brands though. I was looking for a corsair PSU since i know they are pretty good, but expensive. Your search will be really appreciated!! Tomorrow we are going to a shop that has random like PSU's to see if we can get something good for less money... Also we are open for PSU recommendations ! (even though our budget) ^.^

It's hard for me to recommend stuff outside of America, but I totally understand the budget. I just can't really find much information on this PSU, except a poorly-done review which only gave some insight that it's okay. If I'm correct, it should be the same PSU mentioned in this thread http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/363485-28-epsilon-series-80plus-700w-good in which a power supply expert says it is good, so I think you'd be fine with it. Plus your computer will use very little power. If you can at the store, try to find a 450W-550W quality unit, but if you can't just get this one.

Seasonics are always great. Corsair units are perfectly fine. XFX is great. But Bulgaria is limited.

Actually from what i see in a online bulgarian site, we've got quiet of the brands. Antec, Cooler Master, Corsair, Zalman, Seasonic, EVGA, Thermaltake...and so on. Like i only haven't seen a XFX PSU i think.
You can try and make a recommendation for a model. There is a pretty big chance we have it here! ^.^ But i think we'll need at least a 600W PSU since the graphics card we are going to buy demands power. I'm not sure.

In that case, forget the FSP (Fortron)! One good rule of thumb is any Seasonic is high quality. WIth that said, pretty much any XFX is high quality (Seasonic makes XFX units). Coolermaster V series is good, but stay away from the other ones. Zalman, no. Corsair's high quality units are going to be too expensive. The CX line is their budget unit, so the Corsair CX 500 may be a fine option (not the best, but perfectly fine). Stay away from the blacn EVGA 430W and 500W units. EVGA 550W G2 and GS are some of the best. With that so are Corsair RMx, RMi, HXi.

You might be best with a 450W Seasonic. You would be fine with a 400W even 350W with a 270X, but I recommend 450W and above.

Well thank you for all the help!
Something else I wanna ask, are corsair's "builder series" reliable and efficient?
Tomorrow we'll discuss it and decide if we can spend like 40-50 more bucks on a new PSU or we'll go with the second hand one. (There is a big chance we go with the Fortron because the graphics card itself empties her pocket...)
But then again, thank you for taking your time to help us!! ^.^

Well i guess the max is around 100 leva (around 50-51 Euro and 54-55 USD). We might be able to get a few more, but it's not for sure...more like no :/

A Corsair CX600 PSU just came up at a cheap price in that site. (85 leva) The guy lives in out city and gives a 2 day testing period. I think i can take it?
For the seasonic - i'll upload some pics in a few minutes.

Edit: 600W will be enough, right? (I just want to be sure)

These are Seasonics that are available in this online site. But the ones that are in our budget are 400W and the others are too expensive...

Edit3:
Somebody bought the corsair cx600 before us....
Now we are waiting for and answer for a corsair TX650
