70nm Dram

I am noob here. Not very computer savy. But what does this mean. Is there new ram coming out soon?

If you simply read the article it explains everything. The DRAM revision makes it smaller, faster, and cheaper to make. So "Yes" new RAM is coming out but the difference will be small at best.

RAM manufacturers continually work to increase the speed and density of their chips; this is normal.

New chips yes. But youll never see Elpida as a manufacturer brand.
I believe Micron D9s are on 60nm right now so you know theyve the lead still
