Many versions of it, including the orignal Grim story. It's an expression.
If you can't handle that, then you may not be well equipped to handle the
world around you. Please consider suicide.

You can't. Just like you can't actually back up your misconceptions with
real fact. You can sit here and scream that I'm wrong, but you can't
actually tell me why. There's a reason. It's because I'm right. But it's
easier for you to sit here and say "I know better than you" than to have to

Stop trying to save face, you're just looking like even more of a fool.
Sean Kennedy had the courtesy to post links and discuss his point, so we at
least have something to discuss and evaluate. You have nothing but rhetoric
and vague generalities. Unless you're willing to tell me where you think
I'm wrong on this, you have nothing to say.

You've given me nothing specific to respond to. You just continue to dance.
The only thing you've actually managed to make clear is that you think I'm
wrong and that you don't seem to like me very much. I even pointed out
someone who has given me something to discuss and evaluate. You know, an
example. But, I'll try again. Where is the rhetoric I'e posted? Where are
the vague generalities? All I'm doing is calling on you to explain
yourself. Will you continue to dance? I think that's a foregone
conclusion, you don't know how to do anything else.

And where have I failed to live up to this? Where has someone asked me to

You're just a whiney little bitch, aren't you? Yeah, I insultued you then,
and I'm doing it now. Yes, I'm being harsh. You know what, it's the only
way I've been able to get you to say anything concrete. At least now,
you've finally given an example. And, you know what, the world didn't end!

Now, between when I wrote that and when I said that all I am doing is
calling on you to explain yourself, seven posts had gone by, and all I -was-
doing at that point is calling on you to explain yourself. That doesn't
mean that's all I -had- been doing previously. But you spent three posts in
that branch, alone, twisting and dancing around. So I called you on it.
And this is the best you can respond with? Instead of actually answering to
the accusation, you accuse me of lying (which I've just shown to not be the
case, had I said something to the effect of "all I've been doing is calling
on you to explain yourself, you would have a case). But, hey, as I said
above, at least you can give me a concrete example of how you're wrong,
which is a start.

Hence my insistance that it is "legislation from the bench." It's based not
on what the law says, but on what another judge said the law says. It's
like inbreeding of knowledge. Soon, the actual intent of the people who
were actually and legally elected to make the laws is completely lost (as in
these decisions). -That- is not the job of judges. Instead of shining a
light apon the laws, they're casting a shadow.

Can you honestly say that Art IV, Section 1 can be interpreted the way the
OSC did? If you had read that passage and been asked if it gave the right
to petition on private property, could you have honestly said it did? I
certainly can't. Why would that change when an activist judge on the OSC
decided that's what he wanted it to say?

Yes it is. But it makes no frigging sense.

Cinderella did not grow up in an Ivory Tower. She grew up in squalor,
neglected and used by her step-family.

Why would you accuse someone of growing up in an ivory tower and then
compare them to Cinderella? Hello! Now if you'd gone with Snow White...
maybe it would work... but Cinderella??

Calling someone Cinderella is to accuse them of living in a fantasy land
(ie, the one she was in during the dance, before everything reverted). If
you didn't understand that, you could have just asked.

Have you ever read Snow White? Maybe Rapunzel would be a better choice? If
you're going to lecture me on my knoweldge of fairy tales, perhaps you
should read them yourself?

You just acknowledged that calling him Cinderella was an expression, and now
you go back to the butchering metaphors thing. You really are a piece of
work.

And where is it misplaced? I'm not the one going around lecturing people
about their presumed misuse of fairy tale lore while messing it up myself
(that really was a classic, thank you for giving me the chance to laugh
about it). I'm not the one who acknowledges that something is an
expression, but doesn't understand it, and so launches into an attack
instead of asking the person to explain. And the funny part is, it wasn't
you I was insulting in the beginning. You had to go out and prove your
stupidity on your own.

Look at it this way. They don't want you using that word. They have
filters to prevent the obvious uses, but that doesn't mean bypassing the
filter is okay.

If you park in a metered space that's posted "1 hour parking", but the
meter is broken, you can still get a ticket for parking longer than 1
hour. All day long, people will get away with parking for longer than
an hour, and will get no ticket. That doesn't mean you didn't break the
law.

In short: There's a rule. You broke it. You got busted. It doesn't
matter if the rule is stupid. It doesn't matter if other people break
the rule and don't get caught. You broke the rule. You paid the price.

The thing to do now is man up, get over it. "Quit or quit not. There
is no whine."

Doesn't matter. Just because you see other people getting away with

You truly have no concept of what censorship is, do you?

I think of you as a young guy, probably a teenager, who right now thinks
your opinions mean more than anyone else's. You have some strange idea that
you have the right to say whatever you want to whomever you want, regardless
of the circumstances. You have to understand that nature of reality, which
is simply this: you're wrong.

Deal with that, and you'll be a much happier person.

This part of the maturity process, and I'm certain in ten or fifteen years
you'll begin to understand. In the meantime, your continued illogical
rantings just make you look foolish and immature.

This isn't David vs. Goliath, this is Chicken Little. And guess what? The
sky isn't actually falling.
