720p Monitor on a FHD Monitor

My laptop has a maximum screen resolution of 1366*768 and i am planning to buy a Dell 24in Monitor which supports 1920*1080 in HDMI 1.4 and 4k in HDMI 2.0,now is there any possiblity that i can achieve these resolutions if i connect my laptop via HDMI ?? And my lap's GPU is Intel HD 4000 (in case you need it)
