750ti not working

I have an old Gtx 460 sonic, so I unplugged the 750ti that was in my computer and plugged in the 460. Nothing. When I built the computer, it wouldnt turn on so I moved the ram over one slot, (only have one stick) and it turned on. I thought that might be the problem, so i moved the ram over and turned it back on, nothing. So I did that three more times, still nothing. So I gave up on the 460 and plugged the 750 back in, and moved the ram back to where it originally was, and now there's nothing when I turn it on. The motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics, it's just some older Asus strix I believe. Any ideas?

Clean the RAM pins with a white rubber and try again.
