A 'store bought' gtx 750TI doesn't fit inside a 'laptop' and you can't 'modify' just any laptop. They usually are specialized, needing custom boards to 'fit' much less not even consider powering it is totally different in laptops than how they power desktops.

I am not sure your using the right considered parts.
