Question 750W Sufficient for RTX 3080?

Hi I have a super quick question, is a 750W PSU sufficient for an RTX 3080? Or whatever its likely successor will be (say RTX 4080, just want an educated guess)? I can't afford one yet due to ridiculous pricing but will surely upgrade somewhere down the line.
