[SOLVED] 75hz monitor problem (dell se2719hr)

My monitor (dell se2719hr) supports 75hz free sync but I am only getting 60hz. I am using a vga cable that came with the monitor. My specs for my pc are listed below:

Intel i5-4570 CPU @3.20GHz
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600
16GB RAM

Any solutions? I know that I might have to change the cable but how do I do so because my pc doesn't have a hdmi cable. Plus I don't want to overclock.

Maximum 60Hz over VGA. Hdmi is required for 75Hz and Freesync is only possible with an Amd graphics card over Hdmi.
