Question 75mhz 4k display only showing 60mhz refresh rate options

Hey guys,

My 4k 75mhz monitir (iiyama GB2888UHSU-B1 28" G-Master Height Adjustable 4K - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0182GI69U/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) is only showing 60mhz refresh rate options on advanced display settings and Nvidia control panel. I've tried all my cables/ports but this is the highest I can get. I'm currently using a mdp-dp cable cable that came with the monitor.
