760t Power button works but it does not light up

Hi,

Well its quite explanatory. i left it on for a few hours and when i came back the Power button led is not lighted up. What should i do?

Have you checked the LED cable to the motherboard?

yes i have connected it as it was previously lit up

It was lit but now it doesn't, sounds like the either the LED or the motherboard header(which I doubt) stopped working.
Check if the cable isn't cut somewhere.

Also, make sure positive goes to positive and negative to negative. If it is reversed, while it won't damage anything, the light will simply not work.
