775 Socket board can use PCIe SSD ?

Can my Socket 775 motherboard be compatible with a Kingston SHPM2280P2H PCi-e SSD ?

My details is as below

OS : Windows 10 Pro
Motherboard : Gigabyte EP45-UD3P

I only use 1 x16 slot for gpu

I want to buy the HyperX Predator PCIe SSD ...

Can it? Sure. Can you do it as a primary drive? That might be a bit more difficult

Will you have any benefit from using one? Not unless you are doing heavy disk based database workloads with minimal processing

IT can, but not as a boot drive. Don't bother. PCIE SSDs have a hard time justifying their cost even when used on new platforms..
