7770 Vs Gt 240?

Hi all,
I am currently running a quad core q8200, 8gb of ram, a 600w corsair PSU, and sadly, a gt240. I am looking to increase my fps quite a bit. I game at a resolution of 1024x768 and sometimes 1024x1280. I was wondering how much of a performance increase I would see by using a 7770 instead of my gt240? Maybe some other suggestions? I also play BF3 and other current gen games that I do not have a problem with running on low-med. Thanks in advance!
