You have to be careful about thinking that liquid coolers are always better. On a air cooler the worst that can happen is you have to replace the fans. AIO you can get many other failures that are non repairable.

If you look at the reviews of aircoolers lately most better ones can perform the same as a 240 aio. You have to go to something like a 360.

Do not fall into the trap of thinking a couple degrees less temperature means better performance. As long as you are below the level where the cpu reduces it clock it doesn't matter if you are 1 degree below or 10 degrees below it will run at full clock speed.

Something like overclocked 13900k tend to be the type of stuff you need to cool with a 360 aio.

Check the reviews there are many air coolers in the $50 that do a great job. thermalright peerless assign sells for about $35 and comes out very high in most reviews.

What liquid cooler are you suggesting how many and how big case fans.As for case is Phanteks xt pro ultra a good case? Also
AMD says that am5 supported until 2027?I'll buy a 870E motheboard, but do i have to buy a faster than 6000 mhz ram without pushing it more than 6000 mhz for now just in case i have to upgrade my cpu in the future?
3 at the top and 1 rear as exhaust, 2 in front and 1 bottom as intake. This is for air cooler config. For AIO, something like Arctic Liquid Freezer or Lian Li Gallahad 360/420, orientation depends on ambience.
6000 with 30 CAS is fine for RAM.
