7870 Overclock ?

I'm wondering how far i should overclock my 7870.

clock settings:

1000 MHZ GPU
1200 MHZ Memory

PC Specs:

fx-8320 cpu

coolermaster hyper 212 evo cpu fan

8gb ddr3 ram

450GB hard-drive

21" P206HL Acer Monitor

AMD Radeon 7870 XFX Dual fans (Not overclocked yet)

and 1 fan on the front of the case.

How far should i overclock my gpu? How safe is it with these PC specs?
I heard the 7870 is very good when overclocked.

Try to push core clock to 1200 and mem clock to 1400
