Question Clr cmos pins

Hello everyone

I have been having some issues with my pc turning on, very very likely its the motherboard, i already ordered a new one but i want to try and see if i can get the pc to turn anything on.

There are 4 pins above the clr cmos indicator, the power pin connector is 2 pins, so do i need to make contact with all 4 pins with a screwdriver? I was thinking of connecting the power connector to the cmos but its 4 pins so.

Its a gigabyte a520m s2h, i could not find anything.
