Question 7900x bad chip after only a week of use? Thoughts ??

So I just finished my new build a little over a week ago and have been using it everyday. Earlier today the PC shut off twice, both at random times while in use (the second time was just watching Youtube) . It no longer boots at all not even into the bios. My ARGB fans will light up for a split second then turn off. I swapped out motherboards for the exact same model and it made no difference. I even swapped PSU's to a completely different brand, no fix. I swapped ram slots and even removed the ram, no fix. I'm kinda lost as to how a CPU could just die after a week of gaming/work use. I'll list my specs below. I'm at the point where I have to file a warranty claim through AMD. I'm hoping this wasn't an ASUS board issue frying my CPU.

AMD 7900x
ASUS B650E-F
64GB G.SKILL Flare X5
Maingear 1200w PSU (Attempted fix was with a corsair RM1000x)
7900xt 20gb

There were some issues with AM5 CPUs dying due to overvoltage, and a BIOS update was released by motherboard manufacturers to fix the issue.

Thank you for the reply. I bought a 7800x3D for the mean time while my 7900x gets replaced under warranty. Everything is working normally now since the replacement CPU has been put in. I'll update the BIOS to make sure it doesn't happen to my place holder CPU.
