Question Hi guys realtek hd causing issues

Hi all, thanks for having me.

I will try and keep it as short as possible, so...

Last year i purchased my 2nd gaming setup, brief description;
intel 13th gen i7 13700kf
msi pro b760 m-p ddr5 board
32gb ram
2 tb ssd
the other day i downloaded the new grounded 2 game, started it up and i got a error message saying my bios is out of date, which could potentially cause stability issues, so me being me thought ahhhh i got this, how hard can it be?

I'm a plumber by trade and i defo wont be changing professions into the tech world any time soon but I flashed bios from msi website, COMPLETELY ruined the pc. I couldn't even get past the sign in page as the pin was no longer active.... after a bit of googling i opened cmd prompt and ran the pc in a mode that allowed me to sign in with a password instead of pin, check me out, semi pro pc user getting technical with cmd prompt.

Once I finally got into the pc, all hell broke lose. I couldn't log into any programs like Microsoft. I just got the blue spinning circle with a stupid message, something along the lines of "just one moment". I had no sound whatsoever and the pc very rapidly turned into a paperweight. I then thought to myself "right, im not having this, ill do a complete reset. ill teach this pc whos boss. So a factory rest later, loss of pictures, documents, that I cant get back I still have no sound and cant log into microsoft.

I've tried downloading drivers from intel and msi. I now have about 300 driver folders (no exaggeration) and still my sound shows up with no device detected and i still cant log into microsoft. I've tried everything I can find online; reverting back to original bios, checking bios settings, hitting it with a hammer and kicking it, nothing I do shows up any sign of realtek hd,

hoping someone somewhere has a idiots guide to unbreaking a pc please

First;
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Second;

You should've looked into a better quality motherboard or a board with a heatsink above the VRM area for the sake of reliability. Besides that, you can use this guide;

to help you flash the BIOS. Flash to the latest version. Then while you've yet got a functioning system, recreate a bootable USB installer for your OS which I'm assuming is Windows 10(or 11). Power down the system, disconnect all drives except for the one you wish to install the OS onto. Format the drive, then reinstall your OS in offline mode(without internet connectivity). Once you've finished installing the OS, manually install all drivers meant for your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, then you should regain functionality of your audio.

You only need to download the drivers from your motherboard's support site;

Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology
^ save these in a folder labelled Chipset
Realtek HD Universal Driver
^ save this in a folder labelled Audio
Realtek PCI-E Ethernet Drivers
^ save this in a folder labelled LAN
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver
^ save this in a folder labelled Storage
With all those downloaded and saved, house all the above listed folders in a folder labelled MSI Pro B760M-P. Now you have a driver folder for your motherboard.

Since you don't have an iGPU, we'll need to know what your discrete GPU is, this is why we ask for specs for your current build.
