Hi i believe im experiencing lower than normal FPS. I don't play high intensive games. For exmaple, in h1z1, i get around 20 fps give or take in the green land place where you spawn...then when in actual game i get 30-70. And for csgo in 5v5, i get 150-190 at 8x6 resolution with high settings.
My specs are:
CPU- AMD fx-6300 @ 3.5ghz
Motherboard - Asrock 970 extreme3
Ram - Gskill 8gb 1600mhz
GPU- amd hd sapphire 7950 @ 925 mhz
HDD - seagate 1tb
PSU - corsair cx 430

Edit: Here's a userbenchmark i took, not sure if the results are bad or good

It could be in some games but not that much. CSGO is not that demanding and you should get 500+fps at that resolution.

Your PSU is incredibly weak. It's below the recommended wattage of the 7950 AND it's a cheapo 430W PSU. You should Immediately buy a new PSU. Something like a Seasonic 520W at least.

Once you get a new PSU and you still have these problems. Try reinstalling windows.

500?! wowow
I didn't think that my weak powersupply would hold me back from achieving expected results from my card. I know that the cpu is pretty weak i plan on overclocking it after i get a better psu.

I have AMD CCC not sure if that's basically the Omega driver or not. I bought the build on a budget; it came with the fx6300. It's hard to upgrade the cpu unless I pay out $120+ for the fx8350 or something. I'm planning on buying a better powersupply but good quality ones are expensive plus shipping costs are a pain.
