7970 Keeps Crashing.

So only recently i have been playing cs:go and at a random point within the game the frame freezes and starts jerking almost disabling my pc. The game crashes starts jerking and then i cannot open it again and the only way i can carry on playing is to restart my pc. And it doesn't end there when i restart it once the login came on to my second screen. And untill i restart it again it wont work.

-Other Details, When the game crashes a windows 10 notification pops up and tells my my AMD driver crashed.

This is my set up if it makes any difference.
i5 4690k Devils Canyon 4.3ghz
Corsair H55 water cooling
Gigabyte Z97X-SLI
AMD 7970 OC 3GB
Corsair CX750M
8gb Ram
Crucial M500 SSD 256GB

Try uninstalling your gpu driver and then installing the latest driver.
