I’m in the market for a new 7th Generation Intel i 7 / 17″ gaming laptop and would like to keep it around 1000 to 1400 , suggestions totally appreciated????
I’m looking at the New Dell Alienware 17 gaming with the AMD Radeon™ RX 470 with 8GB GDDR5. Is the AMD card worth the extra 200.00 over the NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050Ti with 2GB GDDR5 ?
How is the FHD screen on these units?
Should I take the 1 GB SATA 7200RPM or the 180GB M 2 SATA SSD as I will add more storage either way?
RAM 2667- 1×8 + 25.00 ?
Please make suggestions on other systems as I have also been looking at MSI, Asus and other gaming systems. The only thing is I want to keep it 7th generation Intel and NVIDIA 1050 ti and above or equal AMD video card. I’m concerned that the FHD screen on these units are not all that great compared to the latest technology such as some of the OLED screens that are becoming available.
