Question 8 gigs of memory reserved out of 16

I have been having this issues for years and I can’t seem to figure it out. I have 2x8 sticks of Corsair vengeance 3200, it was running fine for a long time until my motherboard took a crap and I replaced it. Not sure if when I replaced it is when I started reserving 8.1gb of ram or not but I know they used to work just fine and have tested them on another pc and they are able to use all 16

Ram can be temperamental. What have you tried to troubleshoot?

List pc specs.

Try reseating memory, but switch places. Sometimes that's all it needs.
