So I need more power for overclocking and my current PSU doesn't have another 4 pin connector for the CPU. My Mobo is a MSI Gaming X99S Gaming 9 ACK (Newegg Link). What PSU would have another connector/what should I look for when buying a PSU for this extra 4 Pin? I know a PCI connector won't fit so I'm lost. I'll only buy Corsair, Coolermaster, or EVGA PSUs.

Scratch Coolermaster and add Seasonic (which makes the upper quality Corsair and EVGA PSUs actually). But what is your video card and what are your GPU upgrade plans in the future? Also what is your budget? That will determine your best PSU choices.

Criticism - My GPU or upgrade plans are irrelevant. I'm simply asking what PSU has another 4 pin connector so I know what to look for. i.e as Blackbird posted "2 x 4 + 4 Pin EPS12V". I currently have a CORSAIR CS750M and it only has a 2 + 4 Pin. I am aware of power consumption when building PCs when it comes to graphics cards and OCing. I read that I would more then likely not need the extra 4 Pin, therefore I did not research or buy a new PSU. I just re-used the one from my last build. Good info about seasonic though.

Thanks! I saw an old thread where you posted about a similar topic but I didn't want to post on a two year old thread.

So they have an extra 4 Pin so you can give your CPU more Volts correct? Resulting in a higher overclock.
If so, aren't some people not getting the best OC because their board doesn't have the extra 4 Pin? Not taking heat into consideration.
This is the first line of boards that I've even see an extra 4 Pin for the CPU.
