this is my first pc build so i'd very much appreciate all feedback to do with it, and opinions from people about making it better. Also i'd like this build to be as stress free as possible so it'd be great just to know that all the components are compatible and that it wont set on fire when i hook it all up, also i cant choose between motherboards either the one i have or the

Definitely go with the Asus - it's a more solid and stable board. Asrock has kind of an iffy reputation.

I normally like Antec cases but I really hesitate to recommend the 900 - it has no cable management or CPU retention whatsoever.

ok thanks i'll definately go with the asus so, but i'm not going to overclock it straight away so the standard cooling will be fine right?

That is correct, just remember you will need to replace the thermal paste when you remove the stock cooler and add an aftermarket cooler.
