There are some killer-deals on today's New Egg E-Blast. Mushkin Chronos 480GB SSD for $166 or 2X Kingston V300 Series 240GB SSDs for $168.

That's getting really close to "forgetting about HDD" territory 😀 especially for heavy game/level loading times.

And could you have picked any worse games than Civ5 and Total War? :lol: Unless they've fixed 'em, you can throw as much $$$ as you like at 'em, and they still run like poop-ola.
