Hi, I recently purchased an Asus CM6870, but I am unable to connect to a wireless network.

When I check the 802.11n Wireless LAN Card properties it says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (code 31).

I am currently running Windows 8, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Try uninstalling the device, then restart your PC and reinstall the drivers (windows may do it automatically).

If that doesn't work you can try deleting the UpperFilters and LowerFilters in the Registry Editor, this will help you.

Give your PC internet access by connecting your PC to your router via ethernet.
Then go to Device Manager, right click on the device and click "Update Driver Software..". When prompted click "Search Automatically for updated driver software".

Thanks for the reply, I did try that and when I attempted to update the drivers it said "The best driver is already installed". I have done a system restore twice, and exchanged the computer for another one, but no luck.
