I heard this is ok temp for my card just feels very warm making my case gets slightly over warm to touch. I feel having Thermaltake tower 900 was a bad idea as I did not go with water cooling I am using Thermaltake AIO premium edition also have 6 120mm fans, not including the 3 on my AIO. my worry is my case has 3 panels of glass at the front that my case. Maybe not getting enough airflow.

I was playing Wow at max settings when my card started to get hot.

I only just build this pc

Solution
Could be airflow as you point out. Normally, you should be in the 60Cs range somewhere with your particular card. Nice build BTW :) Just to test, what are GPU temps without panels on. Want to verify it's not a GPU cooler mounting issue from the factory.

I have been playing without maxing every setting and I'm sitting at 65c which is better also turned my fans on full speed < I wasn't sure if this requires more voltage Using AI Suite. Am I free to mess with the fan speeds? as I not aiming for overclocking not yet.

No worries on fan speed adjustments. This will not require any voltage adjustments in AISuite or other software. Most fans, case fans included, use PWM these days and stay at 12V. I also advise no OC adjustments either at this time if you plan to at some point. Need a baseline to verify everything is working correctly. For CPU overclocking, highly recommend adjustments in the UEFI. I only use AISuite for custom pump speed profile, and monitoring voltages/temps on occasion.

have no need for overclocking for now and as you said I want to know everything working as it should be before tempting to overclock, The only thing I did change which can't see any harm is my Ram to 3000mhz in the bios.
