Hello, I am concerned over my 80C temps on my FX 8350 and Gaia SD1283 cooler when gaming (Not overclocked). My questions are: Is this normal? If not, what is causing it and how can I solve it?
I don't think its normal, because after some research, the stock FX 8350 shouldn't go past 60C in the first place. I put the cooler in about a year ago and I just dusted out my computer, so dust shouldn't be a problem. Also, its not the case because my GPU (7950) never exceeds 60C. There are no random wires because I was very careful with cable management. I have two exhaust fans next to the CPU (not counting the CPU fan) as well.
On idle, my CPU runs about 30C, and quickly goes up to 80C when I'm gaming. This happens regardless of what game I play, whether its a less graphic intensive game (League) to Battlefield 4 / Skyrim + Enb.
