I'm ordering one of the two today. I'm just stuck because I don't know if I should pull the trigger on the 8350. I am going to oc, but from what I've researched so far I might not get as good of performance out of the 8320. Now I know I might not be able to tell a difference if its close, but I don't want to risk getting a lesser quality chip either. Especially if they're only 40 bucks difference.

That's what I think I'm going to do. I mean I'm probably only going to push it to 4.5 or 4.6, which I know I can achieve with both. But not having to push the 8350 as far seems way more stable to me. Not that I know just to much about it.

Well when it comes to overclocking nothing is guaranteed so yes you are paying 40 more for a guaranteed 4.0ghz vs the 3.5ghz of the 8320. I can't say you'll be fortunate and get an 8320 that will do 5.2ghz like mine will, you could get one that wont go over 4.0ghz or you could get one that overclocks like crazy. It's up to you. Personally I would save the 40 and take a chance but that's me.

Also, the processor I'm running now is oc'd to 3.6 from 2.8 running super stable. So Getting a stock 3.5, even though its 8 instead of 4, seems counter-productive when I could get the 4.0ghz and not push as far to get the numbers I want.
