8350 + 390 potential bottleneck?

i have an 8350 right now and i plan on buying a 390. i'm not sure if it will bottleneck the performance by a significant amount. Anyone know?

8350s partially bottleneck 2 x 770s.

. I'm buying a i7-4790K and a GTX 960 and the CPU bottlenecks just a tad (not very big amount). So , I would think it would bottleneck. I had a FX-8350 and a GTX 960 at one point , and a R9 390 is a lot more expensive and more powerful . With the GTX 960 , it bottlenecked a bit (is bottlenecked a word?) , so with more expensive equipment comes more bottlenecking (also a word?) Therefore I would recommend a FX-9---- or a Core i5 or i7.

I'm fine with a little bottleneck, as long as my performance will be better than my current 270x.
