Title says it all. Is this normal/Safe ? I have a 212 evo. 2 120 intake on the front, 2 120 exhaust on top and 1 120 exhaust on the rear. MSI r9 390 that never gets above 68 in any situation, and my PSU is facing down.

What are you using to monitor temps. AMD Overdrive is the definitive source, it measures thermal margin. On that chip the thermal margin is 72 (thats the max temp before throttle/shutdown), so when you run overdrive the larger the number the better, as the number is the distance to the margin (ie 40 is 72 - 40 which is 32 dec C).

In theory 65 deg C is getting a bit too hot, but I'd rather see what AMD overdrive says before believing thats a real temp.
