Hi people of tom'sHARDWARE forums! I'm planning on getting a new PC. But since this is my first build, I'm going to need some help.

Build Notes:
* I have all of the peripherals I need.
* I need an OS, Windows 8.1 is preferred.
* I will be doing some light overclocking.
* I would like to have WiFi built into the motherboard.
* I'll be gaming on this computer.
* I'll be buying in the United States.
* I'll be reusing my keyboard, mouse, and monitor.

Preferences:
* My preferred heat sink would be the [**Noctua NH-L9i**](http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhl9i).
* My preferred vendor is Newegg.
* I'd like the EVGA Hadron Air Case.

Thanks for your help everybody!
